Geotagging is the art of adding location information to things like a photo. On the popular website Flickr you can explore photos on a map, and you can even contribute by adding your own photos with geotags.

Google Earth is by far the best source of geographic information on the web. Combined with the Trippermap Geotagger you can easily add geographic information or “geotags” to your own Flickr photos.
